Genomic Analysis Facility
Under the direction of Dr. Kevin Shianna, the Genomic Analysis Facility within the Center for Human Genome Variation has established a high-throughput DNA sequencing pipeline using 13 Illumina GAIIx’s to focus on human whole-genome sequencing along with RNA Seq. In addition to sequencing, the Facility has expertise with high-throughput genotyping using Illumina’s BeadArray platform.
